practice makes perfect- Las Vegas child photographer

I've found some great desert spots not far from my home where this guy and I did some shooting today. It was a little cold to be out having your picture taken so we only lasted about 3 minutes. A solid 3 minutes, if you ask me.

This baby boy deserves an award. He was OUT like a light for over an hour while I snapped his picture. And he is a gorgeous little guy. This is what I call a dream client.

I'm only about half way done editing his batch of photos, but I had to share a couple.

These are a few shots I wanted to share as I'm editing some recent newborn shoots I've done. Photographing new babies can be a lot of work if they aren't cooperative or comfortable. But the results can be very rewarding, even when the babes refuse to close their eyes and relax.

W family- Las Vegas family photographer

Everytime I book a shoot with children, I am always really excited and also really anxious to see how it will go. Children can be unpredictable, especially when there's a camera pointed at them and people telling them to smile, sit still, look over here! I love photographing children though, and this family's session is a good example of why. These kids were patient and happy, even when the sun started to set and it was suddenly freezing outside. This is a small sample of the sweet pictures I was able to get. Doesn't hurt that they are a gorgeous family. We met at the Springs Preserve to romp around the gardens and snap some pictures for baby boy's upcoming 1st birthday. Allow me to introduce the birthday boy...
